Many thanks, very helpful. managed to sot out the problem, just wanted to know is there a way to disable email sending when someone add a post on the forum?

How Do I allow users to add images from their PC (e.g. desktop) when posting a message in the forum. As a admin user it lets me do this but not as onther users.

You should be able to unsubscribe from a post at the bottom of the screen where it says: "
