Hello, I keep on getting this error while installing Forum 3.20.09

My DNN version is 4.0.3

error BC32206: Indirect reference is being made to assembly DotNetNuke.WebControls version 1.2.1.21408, which contains 'DotNetNuke.Modules.Forum.UserSettings.ForumTree'. This Project references a prior version of DotNetNuke.WebControls version 1.0.2158.30731. To use 'DotNetNuke.Modules.Forum.UserSettings.ForumTree', you must replace the reference to DotNetNuke.WebControls with version 1.2.1.21408 or higher. at System.Web.Compilation.AssemblyBuilder.Compile() at System.Web.Compilation.BuildProvidersCompiler.PerformBuild() at System.Web.Compilation.BuildManager.CompileWebFile(VirtualPath virtualPath) at System.Web.Compilation.BuildManager.GetVPathBuildResultInternal(VirtualPathvirtualPath, Boolean noBuild, Boolean allowCrossApp, Boolean allowBuildInPrecompile) at System.Web.Compilation.Buil

Forum versions 3.20.8 and 3.20.9 required DNN Core 3.3.5 or 4.3.5 or greater.
