Is there any reason why under USER SETTINGS, I cannot put my URL...there is a box there but it doesnt let you put a website.  It says "

User's website address.
(Read Only)
To modify, use the link to edit your Account profile for this site.

 

What does this mean?  How do i fix it?  Thanks

This is because this setting is managed on your User Account. To edit it click on your Display Name and edit it on your main user account, rather than on your Forum user account.
