Hi all,

Well it's nice to see the new forum has finally been released. However I have just hit a problem with the new release. The upgrade went in with no errors. I am using DNN 04.05.03.

The first big problem I see is that none of the images on the forum work from the start (images in the admin screen, the folder icons etc) . I will do some investigation and get back to you.
All you may want to turn off the forum as I noticed all my members could get to and use the Forum admin screen. I know it says this in the readme file, but they really mean it

First, on Upgrade you need to update the theme selection, the former themes are invalid. YOu may need to update the image extension as well (png is what it needs to be to use Default). Also, as you noted I do say to double check permissions in the Readme.txt. You need to REMOVE Edit Module permissions.

AFAIK only images for the new "fancy" skin are included.

O.K I might be being totaly dumb here but where are the themes. I have checked the install zip's and there is a default.css (i presume the default theme) this is installed, are there other themes I need to get and where are they? I also (from the previous forum) have the following themes installed: Default, DNNSilver, DotNetNuke, SimplyClean.

Depending on what theme I load depends on what images I get displayed. So far Default has the home buttons (the ones at the top of the forum) displayed and looking good, but all others on the forum are broken images.

SimplyClean has most of the images working on the Forum view and Posts view but the home buttons etc are broken images.

I have checked and the images are .png files, any ideas??

On another note beside the broken images, this was well worth the wait, it's a cracking module and hats off to you for doing such a good job
