I must discuss this with other core team members.  This item is actually part of the content, which we currently do not localize.  Let's say you are using this forum in Spanish, but most of the other users are reading/using English.  Why would the "user wrote" be localizaed to Spanish if the response would be in English?  My first thought is this should not change.  This is because it is part of the post body and can only be set when it first appears (when you respond to the message) and not when each user views it.

I stand with what I say before, this is not static content, even though it almost is.  You have to understand that the localization now cannot parse the body of the post, which this is actually part of.  What this means is the only time it can change is on your original reply when that is inserted into the post body.  Therefore, whatever language you use, the word "wrote" would be in whatever language you use at the time.  This means every person who reads your response will see it in your language.
