nachdem ich auch meine Probleme hatte das Forum entsprechend einzurichten, möchte ich Euch hier nochmal eine Anleitung schreiben.  Im übrigen habe ich das Forum auf DNN 4.0.2 laufen.

Ihr müsst nicht nur in den Forum Einstellungen sondern auch in den Moduleinstellungen schreib bzw. Bearbeitungs rechte setzen.  D.h. genau in den Forumeinstellungen die Schreibrechte und in den Moduleinstellungen bearbeitungsrechte z.B. für die regired users aktivieren!

after I had probles with the settings of the Forum too, i will give you a guidline to the settings for using the forum for registered users.

You have not only set the Forumsettings to edit roles, sperate you have give edit roles in the Modulesettings too.  That means you have give Write roles in the Forum settings, and in the Module settings edit roles for the roles group you want gif write roles for the Forum.  Likly to registered users.

But I did not found this.  I have look this night for this, perhapst I mistake it. But so I thing the german users can find it in this Forum.
