In Discussion Forum screen, click on Forum Home icon. Now click on General icon. Now in the Search field at the top left partz of the frame, without entering any value, click on the Search icon. Server error occurs.

I think it's a known issue in Forum 4.4.3.  If you search without a value you get an error.

It will be resolve in next version.  If you can't wait, you have to modified the source and re-compile the forum module.
