I have a forum that users (registered, and subscribers) entering their threads .....

i entered with the moderator login .... then clicked on Moderate button ...

i got that my Forum (General Topics) has two Posts To Moderate, when i click on the forum i saw the two posts ... i deleted one & approved the other ....

now when i return back it still show me that there's one Post To Moderate while i'm sure there's not (since i'm the only one who using the forum since my website under test now, and i'm teh only one who using it with different logins), and when i clicked on the Forum it post back to the same page without going to the inner page (which shows the posts to be moderated), so there's no posts to moderate but it show that there's one post ......... how can i solve this problem???

another thing .. how the emails work in the forum ....

when user A enters a post (the forum is moderated), who will recieve email (user A, moderator or whom) and then when the moderator approve or delete the post who will recive emails now (user A, moderator or whom) ...

The posts to moderate count is a bug. When a post is deleted from teh moderation queue, the post to moderate count should be decreased by one but is not. Here on dotnetnuke.com we run a script which resets the counts nightly. I have corrected in the next version.

Moderators receive an email when a post needs to be moderated, when a post is a approved those who are subscribed to the thread or forum receive an email.

No, I didn't write it. I listed the fix in developing the forums forum.

I think I've run into another problem that might be related to this issue.

1. I saw three new posts to moderate in the forum on my site.  I clicked through 'Moderate' then into the forum where the new messages were posted.
2. I saw that one user had submitted a question and then two 'duplicate' posts (impatient!)
3. I approved the first message and selected the option to 'approve and reply' to it.  This did not work as I expected - the message was approved but my reply didn't post properly (although I think I did something wrong).
4. Then when deleting and responding to the other two, the page showed a friendly error message indicating that the "To" field could not be left empty.  I assumed that it was having difficulty locating or using the user's email address.  I tried a few more times...still didn't work...so I gave up and logged out.
5. Now when I log in, the forum tells me there are two posts yet to be 'moderated'.  But when I try to click into the forum to moderate those two posts, nothing happens -- I mean the page just reloads in the exact same state (but I expect it should display the messages to be moderated).  It appears either that the link is broken so that I can't actually access the messages to be moderated, or perhaps the 'count' is stuck at "2" yet the messages have actually been deleted?

Anyway...I thought I should post this information as it might be related and others might have experienced similar problems.

My question is when will the next update be released to this wonderful forum module?  (Because in a previous post, you've implied that this problem has been corrected but not officially released yet.)

Many thanks.
D S.
