Hello Geeks (positive)

I am on the look out for at feature in my forum that does the following:
- When user reply to a thread they are granted 1 point.
- When a user gets his reply marked as an answer he should have maybe 10 points.
- An then i need to list the top 10 of those with the most points. These should be listed in each forum category. So that in this case i will have a category for Tuning, styling, Wheels and Tires and so on. Then i want to show who is the top 10 experts in each of these categories. And overall who is the top 10 expert on all the forum. I will then give these experts 50% of the sites marketing income, ofcourse this will be divided in a special way so that number 1 will get the most and so on. Maybe you should somehow make the top 10 list based on the points in average pr month or week over the last year, so that experts who go on vacation or are sick dont just suddenly drop out of the list, and then will have to work their way up again.

Please let me know if you have some great ideas for these features.
