Hi, I would like to use a group or a sub form in an Iframe. Is this possible without showing the entire forum page?

You could do that. You could also copy the module to another page by using the "Add Existing" module from the admin control panel at the top of the new page, then select your forum. Once you have this copy on the new page, you could then edit the module settings for it (via Settings module action) and set the default forum or group you want to show there.
