I just pulled the latest version of the Forum module (previously had no version) - 04.04.03

When I navigate (using Firefox, IE appears fine) to a page that has only the forum on it (doesn't seem to matter which content pane it is placed), the images for Moderate, Admin, My Settings, My Posts, Search, and Forum Home are appearing vertically (instead of inline).  The page source is simply showing inline anchor tags, and I don't see anything in the CSS classes that would push them to separate lines.  The strange thing is if I click the "-" icon in the upper-right area of that panel (to minimize), and re-expand by clicking the "+" icon, the images then correct themselves but only until I refresh the page.

Has anyone else experienced this, and if so, what was the fix?
