Hi,

I am having a problem in uploading new file.
Here are the error messages:

An Error Has Occurred When Attempting To Save The File c:\hosting\webhost4life\member\iccdfw\dotnetnuke4\website\Portals\0\flower.jpg. Please Contact Your Hosting Provider To Ensure The Appropriate Security Settings Have Been Enabled On The Server.
Any clue?

Thanks,
SS

I ran into a similar issue while uploading a third party module. The solution was to change the hosting Firewall Security setting from Strong to Medium (via the hosting Control Panel).

Hope this helps,

George

It just looks like the user posting doesn't have write access to the Portal root folder.  You will have to enable that (under Files, top right in Admin bar).

I'd also suggest making a public type folder available and default for the forums if this is for general users.
