I've been testing the Notifications Forum by creating a test group containing three e-mail addresses that I can check.  I configured a forum with "Notifications" checked for this group.  The forum is configured to sent its e-mails via the queue.

When I post messages to this forum, I get one e-mail sent to my Administrator account, and one e-mail sent to one of the three addresses in the test group, but the other two addresses don't get e-mails.  When I check the Scheduler, I see that only two e-mails get sent, not four as I would have expected.

I've made this test several times, always getting the same result.  It seems that Notifications are not sent to all addresses in a group, but it is unclear at this time why certain addresses are excluded or what I can do to ensure they get included.

Has this happened to anyone else and can anyone suggest a fix?
