I have downloaded all available modules and installed them, but these two are missing. I downloaded and tried to install the Events Module, but it said the package was already installed. I did the same thing with the Forum module with the same result. I then repaired the installation, and it reinstalled the module successfully, but it still didn't appear in the dropdown. Both Modules appear on the Modules definition pages though. Any support would be greatly appreciated.

 go to extensions in admin menu and select the module entry to grant "publish" permission.
