hi,

I am new to dotnetnuke. i am using forums 3.20

If i am login as host new thread button and reply button displaying. But when i login as a user(my id) in my website new thread and reply button not displaying.

I thing i miss some settings. but I dont know exactly.   Can any one tell me the settings for forums modules.

I using Dotnetnuke version is DNN 4.4.1

On the Forums 3.x the roles needs edit permission on Module settings to post in the forums.  This is differnt to the Forums 4.x  versions.

But I would like suggest to do a upgrade once of the DNN and Forum versions.  Backup database and files before done it.
