Someone please help me understand what logical order forum threads are presented in...

Say if I'm looking at "Using the Forums" here on the DNN site - how do I get the most recent active threads displayed first, before older ones?

If I'm looking at a particular thread, I have a control at the bottom - flat view, oldest to newest. In the higher-level view, I don't see a control or a logical layout. Pinned threads and new replies show up all over. I'd like to see threads ordered by "Last Post".

I know I'm just missing something...

There is some kind of bug related to order. In some threads per page, I think 25 or 30, it shows proper. In others, the 30 or 25 not used before, order is off. I know what the problem is and I am trying to correct the stored procedure to handle it properly.
