Today I upgaded to Forum453 at my DNN512 site at WH4L. I see the following themes using WH4L file manager: Default, DNNSilver, DotNetNuke and SimplyClean. I have looked under 'settings' for a place to change theme. My site has defaulted to the DNNSilver theme. How do I change the theme? Thank you.

Stopped by my Forum453 page and got the following:

[NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.]

   DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.Exceptions.ProcessModuleLoadException(Control ctrl, Exception exc) +34
   DotNetNuke.UI.Containers.ActionBase.Page_Load(Object sender, EventArgs e) +109
   System.EventHandler.Invoke(Object sender, EventArgs e) +0
   System.Web.UI.Control.OnLoad(EventArgs e) +99
   System.Web.UI.Control.LoadRecursive() +50
   System.Web.UI.Control.LoadRecursive() +141

   System.Web.UI.Control.LoadRecursive() +141
   System.Web.UI.Page.ProcessRequestMain(Boolean includeStagesBeforeAsyncPoint, Boolean includeStagesAfterAsyncPoint) +627

Returned later to page and all appears well. Appreciate any thoughts on this matter. Is this related to the 'themes' function? I still would like to know how to change the Forum theme. Thank you.

The forum is only shipped with the default theme, and didn't affect your Portalsettings.

If you have any new themes i.e your own theme, you can upload it to the DesktopModules/Forums/Themes folder.

Thanks for the response. Not sure how those 'themes' showed up in my /Forums/Themes folder. Looks like time for some cleanup and reinstall. Hopefully, then, I'll just have the 'default' theme.

Status Update - all is well now. Uninstalled module and deleted DesktopModules/Forum and reloaded 4.5.3

Very little prior content so not much was lost.
