Generally, Project Teams do not give estimates on release dates for modules, as there are too many things that can and do happen to extend those proposed release dates. 

I don't even see this module in the release tracker right now, so that must mean that development is ongoing:

If you look at the project roadmap, there are still 4 issues that are expected to be in the 4.06.00 release, that haven't even begun:

If I were to give an estimate, I would say that this project was a minimum 1-2 months from having another release available.  But then again, who knows.  It might be shorter or longer. That's how these things go. :)
