 I believe what you are looking for is in the moduleroot\Controls\App_LocalResources\ and then it is the CP_MenUu.ascx.resx and the MCP_Menu.ascx.resx.

Thanks, you're right this is it!

Anyway I have one question and one comment/bug report.

The question is whether there is a systematic method to find witch is the resource for an arbitrary text in the site?

The comment is that it seems that header's alignment for UCP is hard coded to the left, this is unfortunately not good for rtl languages.

I understand what you are saying about alignment for RTL, but...

There are far more issues than just that header. We need to re-write the entire UI in one release to even make full RTL support possible (as well as XHTML compliance).

Yes, I found these other cases as I progress, so we'll look forward for the change :)...
