We transfer the database and users over from an older DNN site awhile ago and everything was working. Now when we go to edit the user in the fourm it gives us a critical error. I went to the log view and pulled two errors but not sure of where to go with them. Any help would be great thanks in advance.

This problem looks related to some URL rewriting you have going on. I see UserID in the URL, they it says Keyfield.aspx which would explain the string to number issue.
