Hello,

Is there any way in the DNN where we can create a monthly subscription accounts.

where user can pay for the moth rent and once his monthly subscription is finish then again he go for renival.

Well, the basics are there but a full implementation is not part of the core. There are expiration dates available on a user's role, that can be set and updated as necessary. However, processing the payment and automating this process will require some work on your part. You can also check Scott M's subscription modules (For a very small fee) over at www.ventrian.com.

I can recommend you to use a CodingStaff DNN Subscription module for this purpose. This module uses PayPal Recurring Payments and add specific role to the user automatically (based on user payments). You can set up permissions for this specific role. Besides, this module has free trial version.
