This may not be a question for here. Not that DNN.com has moved over to Rad Editor is there any way of getting Emoticons in posts. I know Rad Editor can support by adding a custom button, but I don't believe the current provider allows for custom buttons.

Any ideas anyone?

Thanks
Roger

 I would have to investigate further but I do know the provider utilizes a file for populating the toolbar items. You can also find details about how to use the ToolsFile.xml to add an emoticon item here: http://www.telerik.com/help/aspnet-aj...

Thanks Chris. I found that page, it shows how to add the button and show the Emoticons, but you need to add something like:-

<telerik:radeditor runat="server" ID="RadEditor1" OnClientCommandExecuting="OnClientCommandExecuting">

 to the editor control, and I'm not sure this can be done with the existing provider.

Try this: http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Community/Forums/tabid/795/forumid/108/postid/368118/scope/posts/Default.aspx.  Not a perfect solution but it will work.
