hi there,

i think i killed my forum by deleting the default value "0" in forum settings --> max. filesize for attachments.
now i can't even access the forum settings, all i can see is:

The INSERT statement conflicted with the FOREIGN KEY constraint "FK_ModuleSettings_Modules". The conflict occurred in database "C:\INETPUB\WWWROOT\TESTFORUM\APP_DATA\DATABASE.MDF", table "dbo.Modules", column 'ModuleID'. The statement has been terminated.

dnn version 4.0.2
forum version 03.20.01

is there any possibility to repair this?
please help! - thanks in advance

Sorry, wasn't very clear. You should change this directly in the db. I believe this is stored in the ModuleSettings table but would have to double check.

hi crispy,
thanks for you reply.
i tried to connect to my db via MSSQL server management studio express but the db is not listed there although i can connect to the server without problems.

when installing dnn i used the default settings without creating a new db manually. here's the connection string:

<add name="SiteSqlServer" connectionString="Data Source=.\SQLExpress;Integrated Security=True;User Instance=True;AttachDBFilename=|DataDirectory|Database.mdf;" providerName="System.Data.SqlClient" />

any idea how to connect to the db? - thanks
