Was there a resolution here?  I'm having this problem on the forum I installed on my website.  Some users all of a suddent stopped getting notifications.  Is there somewhere for me to look clear out the old notifications?  I've only been using it for 3 months, so I don't see why that would be the problem.

I assume you are using version 4.5.3. Even if you aren't, it should be the same the version before that or the ones after it.
Are you using the Scheduled Task for this? If you are host, you can tell from the scheduler (there are 2 tasks, see if they are running). If an admin, you can see from the admin control panel's (of the module) email settings section "Enable Email Queue".

The problem we had here before was that the cleanup email schedule task was off, after we had that running again it was fine.
