In the core Forum module, what can I do to be able to insert a picture in a post instead of an attachement ? I would like to see the image directly in the post instead of downloading it... Which code have I to change ? I would like to be able to add a picture in the post, and an attachment (exactly the same system as the "NewBlog" module).

You can switch to the Rich Text Editor and then just drag and drop the image or use copy paste

ex:

You can always switch to the HTML mode and edit the html directly

This works only with Internet files (because we have < IMG src = "....." > with an URL), I want to insert pictures from my computer...

Drag & drop, and copy-paste, do nothing, nothing is paste neither drop...

Any other idea ? Which ascx file have-I to change to add this feature ? And what code have-I to add ?

This requires integration of the DNN Core Image Gallery module.  You would then have to use the forum configuration screen to control aspects of this.
