Sorry to trouble you again guys.
I am on community edition 05.05.01 (22) and forum 4.5.3.

All has been working fine. But just yesterday upload of attachments stopped working but not 100% of the time.

The symptoms are that the upload will run for a while...get to anywhere from 50-99% complete for even a small upload of a document of 300K PDF or something. Then it will hang. I can see the upload rate on my monitor to my wireless internet connection. It stops.

The problem could be that DNN has developed some problem in the upload. It could be that the wireless connection has developed a problem. 

I am also subject to harassment from the Australian Security and Intelligence Organisation (ASIO) so they could also be trying to fiddle something. I don't know.

Has anyone seen dnn forum attachment upload stop like this before? And been able to find a cause and a remedy? All DNN logs tell me is that the request times out, which it clearly does because the upload never completes.

Any suggestions as to where to look most welcome.

(If anyone wonders, or doubts, that it could be the feds interfering, we are restoring the rule of law into Australia and the feds are really unhappy about this.)

short of something strange going on on the server, like a broken disk array, most obvious cause is a broken connection somewhere. This can happen anywhere in between your pc and your server. Did you try from a different network connection?
