The Forum/Blog (3.10.01)  w/Source download from  http://www.dotnetnuke.com/default.aspx?tabid=125 is not compilable because DotNetNuke.Forum.Integration project has references to Gallery.

It is required to exclude it from the solurtion to make it compilable.

Also the solution comes in Release mode, but BuildSupport.vbproj in Release mode output builds to bin directory instead of "..\..\..\bin\".

So it's required to change configuration to "Debug"  to copy new modules DLLs to root BIN folder.

We have re-organized the project references appropriately.  The Gallery dependancy still remains, if you want to develop forums and use integration project you must also download the gallery.  You can choose source or pa for gallery, that is up to you.  The current solution only references the gallery dll though.  I have added a nice nant build file with the next release which will build the source and installable pa zip files for you as well.  The buildproject should be building to the root bin so you can develop and have the dll's in root been without the extra effort of copying the files over.

Hi,

I am new to DNN and looking for some documentation in NANT build script. I want to automate the build process for all modules,setting etc for the QA server. Please let me know if there is any documentation available on the same. I have created various modules and skin which I would like to complie and build.

There is no documentation on this and I don't have the time to write any. You should review nant, MSBuild as these are what I reviewed to learn to make the build file.
