How to add my page in host menu when installing my module in DotNetNuke

Go to Admin :: Page Management, choose the option "Host Pages" (under "Manage" on the top left), add a page under the Host menu and place your module there.

Selvan,

as far as I know you cannot create a page with the manifest (dnn) file. If you want to do that during the installation process, you should have a look at the IUpgradeable interface. It should be possible to create it programmatically.

Anyway, I think this is not a good idea as there is no way to delete the page during the uninstall process, esp. when you want to share/sell the module. Better write some documentation of how to create the page and place the module there after installing it, and mention to delete the page after uninstall.
