Hi

I have been looking in the zipped source and install files on the forum downoad link, in the general dnn documentation, where else can it be? Am I being exceptionally stupid?

Hi

I have been loking there but I read...

"The user guide will not be published for this release, please see the previous doc as most of the functionality is the same."

Except that nowhere does it tel mehow to get hold of the previous doc!!!!!

All I see in the downloads is code.

Any suggestions?

Geoffrey

yup- they did some housecleaning, and the previous version's documentation seems to have gone missing.

Well, it is somewhat encouraging... at least I know that I am not being totally stupid .

But is that the answer then? If you were not lucky enough to download the latest documentation on time: tough, you can't have it .

What is going on here? Active Forum is being advertised right alongside the DNN Forum and their testimonials talk about it being NOT bug-ridden and NOT unstable and NOT having to wait. Does that suggest that DNN Forums is seriously flawed and that it isn't going to be fixed anytime soon? Is the decision not to provide documentation another way to tell us not to try and use DNN Forums?

Do these Forums use the latest DNN Module? If so, what is the matter with this? If not, why not?

If I keep posting here will someone who has a copy of the last documentation eventually notice, take pity and suggest a download link?

The mystery deepens...
