Hi, I need to understand why the TtreadID column in Forum_thread aint an ID column? How is it generated?

This is because a ThreadID is not an identity column.  When a post is added, a parentpostid is passed in.  If it is a new thread, there is no parentid so the value is 0.  In the Forum_PostAdd sproc, if the parentpostid = 0, then the Forum_AA_ThreadAdd procedure is called and the newly created postid is passed in as the threadID.  This is because a new thread is a post that has no parent.  This is structurally the proper way to handle this.
