In my posts in the forum the html editor window is too small. It is about 420 pixels wide, even though the container is much larger, like 700 pixels wide.

DNN version 3.2.2, Forum 3.2.8, FCKEditor.

I even checked the controls .ascx source files and they are all width="100%" that I could see.

The "Basic Text Box" option also makes a box that is 420 pixels wide.

Any ideas why this might be?

One, that version of the forums will not operate properly on DNN 3.2.2. The other thing is this is the FCKEditor, not the forum module.

you can use the admin settings for FCK editor using the link below the text box to specifiy a desired size for the editor per portal, per module or per instance.

I am used to that with the FCKEditor, but I was still in DNN version 3.0.2, and the FCKEditor version didn't have that setting. When I upgraded to DNN 3.3.5, the problem went away and the editor is now full width. I don't know why, but it works now.
