Hi,

The projects forum was down with the error given below, when I came here yesterday to ask about the exact same error  that my own forum had all of a sudden spat out.

A critical error has occurred.
Request is not available in this context

I've seen this error several times in the past when trying to access the projects forum, but this was the first time it happened on my own install.

The project forum is obviously back now and my own forum also came back all by itself today.

Any ideas on how to avoid this?

Thanks
Rob

I am also getting the same thing. It only appears to be happening in the admin/superuser account. If i log in as any other security role it appears fine. This means it it cant be moderated etc.

It started happening after trying to delete another module off of the same page.

Its a problem w/ Solpart menu trying to load too early in the lifecycle of the page.  It is a known bug and can usually be avoided by turning off the navigation from the configuration section of the module.

Chris,

I was getting this error on DNN.com today.  After talking with John, it appears that there is a login related problem.  When I am not logged into the site, I get this error.  If I login, then everything works fine.

Any resolution for this problem? I'm using DNN 3.2.1 and Forums 3.20.01. Error occurs when logged in as Host AND when not logged in.  Error does NOT occur when logged in as Admin or any other user type.
