Can someone point me in the right direction.  I have two dnn servers, one at ddn 3.2 and one at dnn 4.03, but both use the same sql server 2000(different databases).  Is there a way to move the content of the forum from the ddn 3 to the dnn 4 site?

Thanks in advance.

Here is a workaround to your problem...

  1. Make a copy of the 3.x database
  2. Install a Local DNN 4.x and attach it to the copy of the 3.x database
  3. Go through the installation, this will upgrade your 3.x database to 4.x

Now, you have the data in a 4.x format.

Next, use SQL DTS to import the data into your dnn 4.x database (Assuming you do not have any data in it - in the forum tables)

This is just a suggestions! - This is untested. Please make sure you back up your databases before you do any of this!
