I'm using the forum module on a DNN 3.3 installation.  I've enabled attachments, but users without administrative privileges are only presented with the option of selecting files that are there instead of uploading new files.  How can I allow them to upload files without granting too broad of permissions?

The permissions are handled via the core file manager. You will need to go to Admin -> File Manager and check the folder permissions accordingly.

Thanks for the reply.  It ended up being a misunderstanding of mine with the way that the attachments feature works.  I was expecting the "Add File" link to appear right away, but the default selected folder was "Root" and until I selected a folder to which I had write permissions the link did not appear.  Seeing how this works makes me wonder if people run into problems with naming collisions.
