The module is storing the system date/time on the pages when they are created, but the time that is displayed when the pages are viewed has been corrected for UTC.  For example, I have a page that was created at 11:30am CST.  When I view the page it diplays that the page was last edited at 5:30am.  It needs to correct for Greenwich Mean Time when it saves the page if it is going to correct for it when it displays.
