Hi Chris... I've been messing around quite a bit with Ktomics Wiki while waiting for your latest version to come out, and have found a couple of issues... I was just wanting to pass these along, and wanted to make sure that these aren't issues in your upcoming release?

1.) RSS -- When you subscribe to the wiki, RSS feeds are coming through fine showing which entries have been updated, however, when you want to drill down to a particular entry, all URLs just link back to the Wiki's home page. It would sure be nice for each of those links to actually point down to the actual entry itself.

2.) Editing Issue -- When you edit an entry, and save it, many times it doesn't come out the way you originally edited it. Sometimes there are additional spaces (especially around horizontal lines)... Also, sometimes when inserting tables, content that was below the table now magically appears above the table. It takes a huge effort, involving lots of backspace, shift-enters etc. to get things looking right again... not sure why. But it's definitely not WYSIWYG. :)

Anyways... these were just 2 things I noticed sofar. Hope you already had these worked out.

As far as usability goes, will your version have any capabilities of editing Wiki Titles, instead of having to copy all its content into a correctly named entry, and deleting the old entry? Also, will your version be able to RSS down to the specific Wiki article, instead just getting a global RSS update?

I'm getting real excited about your release... Hope you have some good news for us soon! :)

Take care,
Mike

Chris... I just found another issue in KTomics Wiki... just making sure you were aware of this.

If you use a pair of < and > characters in the text body, it'll actually convert the entire wiki article to html after you save it. I guess for some reason, it's not saving to > and < in the HTML portion.

Thanks,
Mike

PS. Any word/update?

I'm not sure what's causing that problem, but I just tested the new code and am not seeing the HTML issue you mention, I'm using the FCK provider not the FTB provider on the site I tested though.

Thanks for taking a look, Chris! I'm using the FCK provider as well... ;) I'm sure your stuff is solid!

Take care,
Mike
