I am new to DNN and am trying to configure the Wiki module on my site (latest version of DNN).

I have added the Wiki module to a page on my site while logged into the host account. I have read that there should be a "Configure Wiki Sites" option on the module menu, but this choice is not appearing. (It displays Help, Print, Settings, Delete, Move, and Administration, but nothing else).

Where do I go to set up the configuration of Wiki Sites?

Many thanks to anyone who can help!

You need to use SETTINGS to configure who can view and who can edit or add to the wiki module on your page. Administration is just used at this time to enable and set comments and ratings for wiki topics.

Thanks for your reply...

I had tried to use the settings option, and this allows me to configure who can edit and add to the wiki module as you note. From reading "DotNetNuke for Dummies", however, I understand that there should be an option to "Configure Wiki Sites" that allows, among other things, the configuration of Moderator roles and a range of other options such as choosing a Door, etc. Or has this now been changed in the latest version? If so, where does one, for example, set up moderation roles?

Hi,

Have you found a solution to your previous query?

If so let me know.

Thanks.

I'm running into exactly the same problem : Where to find 'configure Wiki sites' as an option in the Wiki-Module Menu ?  Has anyone any ideas on this ?  Has it something to do with the permissions on the module?  It is set now to 'Administrator' to view and edit...

Thanks...
