If you'd like to make the mod yourself, what I've done with this so far is add the following three lines of code to the STart.ascx.vb file

 Dim p As DotNetNuke.Framework.CDefault
p = CType(Me.Page, DotNetNuke.Framework.CDefault)
p.Title = Me.Topic.Name

 

They were added to the DisplayTopic function if you want to recompile a version for yourself.

I made the change, compiled the wiki module and moved the DotNetNuke.Modules.Wiki.dll to my prod site.  It still doesn't show the page title.  Odd.  I must have done something wrong.  Build completed successfully.
