Hi all,

Does the {{tabName}} link syntax still work? If it does I must be doing something wrong because I cannot work out how to link to another tab (without using <a href= syntax... that's not all that portable, and this site is going to be transferred to the client's servers when it's done...).

I also would like to know if it is possible to link directly to a particular wiki page from a standard Text/HTML module on another tab. Basically I am creating a database of all of the company's policies, procedures and forms. The policies & procedures are in a wiki module, with plenty of wonderful interWiki links between them, but they quite often refer to a particular form. These forms are stored using a repository module. I would like to be able to link to at least the forms tab, if not directly to the specific document itself. Also, on some other general pages, I have Text/HTML modules with the actual site content. Occasionally there is reference to a particular policy, procedure or form, and I would like to be able to link to the relevant page.

Hi Sam it is possible to link directly into a topic within the wiki simply by passing topic = topicName in the URL parameters you can place it in friendly mode mysite/wiki/tabid/243/topic/topicName/Default.aspx

As to the first part of the question no it is not that portable however if your porting your entire site to the client using the internal link systme would be portable enough you can select it throught the link button on the FCK editor or by typing /LinkClick.aspx?link=[tabdestination]&tabid=[tablocal] in to the href of a link where [tabdestination] = the tabid of the target page, and [tablocal] = the tabid of the sending page.
