Running at localhost, winXP sp2, dnn4.   Error 404 when trying to save page, cannot find DesktopDefault.aspx.

Oooh yuck, a reference to desktopdefault. I'll track that one down and be sure to put it in Gemini. A fix I believe would be to copy your default.aspx page and rename it to desktopdefault.aspx, for the time being.
