Is anybody else having problems with the use of - in the topic heading and links to topic heading

the - seems to get stripped out so the links take you to a blank page. I think this happenes when the item is edited not created. users just keep reporting broken links to me and when i look there is a - in the topic name in the database but when you try and follow the link it displays the heading without the -

is anybody else having this problem with Version 04.01.00
