It almost looks like ClientAPI class within the DotNetNuke.UI.Utilities namespace doesn't exist within. Where is the code?

I'm running 3.2 version of the framework and I can't imagine that a core component is missing from the code-base. Am I missing something? I even deassambled the binary and looked into the DotNetNuke.UI.Utilities namespace and all that is in there is DNNClientAPI. I have to be missing something. Any help is appreciated....

The file with the code is found in Components\Shared\ClientAPI.vb

The filename should actually be renamed to DNNClientAPI.vb.  This class contains the code that is specific to DotNetNuke and the ClientAPI.  Since the ClientAPI can be used in any web project (it already stands alone in the DotNetNuke WebControls), another assembly for the generic ClientAPI is used (DotNetNuke.WebUtility).  This project is found in the controls\DotNetNuke.WebUtility\ folder.
