Hi

I need to make a customizable homepage, drag and drop modulemimize maximize etc. The whole cleintside part frag drop cookie storage etc is done.

I also want to give the non logged in users abillity to determine what they want to have in ther emodule.

Lets say i have a news module, i would liek the user to give abillity to set which news they want, without page refresh the module then reloads with the news they like.

For this i have build an edit screen like www.bbc.co.uk, if you click edit of a module the edit form slides open and you can set the news you would like,this then immediately updated on the website.

Now how can i do this with dnn, is there an ajax call to relead a module , and if there is does anyone have a basic sampe module?

I'd look at the MS AJAX stuff over at http://asp.net/AJAX/AjaxControlToolkit/Samples; but I'd specifically suggest the http://asp.net/AJAX/AjaxControlToolkit/Samples/Accordion/Accordion.aspx
or

to duplicate the bbc site's method. I've used them before (not for edit options, but other stuff) and as far as I can tell, they will enable you to do what you are looking for.
