I'm having trouble with the ClientAPI in 4.9.1. I've tracked down the error to BrowserSupportsFunctionality, which returns True the first time it is called, but false every subsequent time. This means that the first time it is called it returns the correct value for COLUMN_DELIMITER, chr(18), but subsequently returns the wrong character string "~|~". This is causing an issue where I cannot maintain the visibility state of the DNN control panel across pages because the string "1 Usability ControlPanelVisible0" cannot be split correctly. Any ideas where to look for a solution, besides just making COLUMN_DELIMITER always return chr(18)?

Is this for a particular browser or just one?  Please provide information on how to reproduce locally.
