Our site is based in the UK so we need the dates, etc to display in UK format (DD/MM/YYYY). I have altered the Host element to have English (United Kingdom) available and I have altered the Admin pages of the site so that the default language is English (UK). Now, however, I have a dropdown box of languages that I do not wish on my site (it's listing the UK and US formats and I only need to use UK but cannot delete US - so says the site). We have no plans currently to allow differentl languages (although we may introduce this in the future).

Can anyone advise me how I go about removing this dropdown box please?

You can remove the language selector from the skin if you don't want it.

If working on .ascx skin remove these lines from the skin file:

<% @   Register TagPrefix="dnn" TagName="LANGUAGE" Src="~/Admin/Skins/Language.ascx" %>
...
< d n n :LANGUAGE runat="server" id="dnnLANGUAGE" />

If using html skins remove the token [LANGUAGE] form the html skin file.

Sorry for the delayed response (didn't get a notification message). Your info has helped me remedy my problem.

Thanx
