Hi, how can I set the time shown on modules like feedback to the local utc (UTC +01:00) Amsterdam, Berlin, Bern, Rome, Paris, Stockholm, Vienna)?

In the Admin -> Site Settings: utc -  I have selected the right one (UTC +01:00) but still doesn't work.

Thanks

please notice, that UTC does not know about Daylight Saving Time (DST), currently you need to set your timezone to UTC+2 in the summer.

And how is that done?

I have gone to in the Admin -> Site Settings: utc -  I have selected (UTC +02:00) - but hasn't had any effect!

Have I missed some setup settings somewhere?

please note, that not all modules (or its versions) support UTC, AFAIK latest Events does, I am not sure about feedback.
