We have tried:

Free Modules

We are in the process of developing multi language enabled modules for DotNetNuke. The first two modules are finished. The MLHTML module can be used for easy management of multilanguage texts, the MLAnnouncementsModule makes having multilanguage announcements on your site a breeze.

To make true multi language sites, we recommend making use of our MLLanguageSelector and PageLocalization modules, as these modules take care of transparent language switches

Any one with experiences with this one?

I use the ML modules from Apollo at www.deutschnetnuke.de and www.pinsme.eu. MLAdvAnnouncements offers additional options for selection of display, history etc, and can be used for Links as well. You can also easily combine ML modules froom different vendors, I did this with ML modules from Apollo, Locopon, the "Magic" modules from www.portalfabrik.net and Bonosoft Multipage from www.dotnetnuke.dk
