Hi guys,

I updated my site from 4.5.5 --->4.6.2 and I noticed this:
While I have a resourse file Signin.ascx.el-GR.resx in my install directory ...\admin\Security\App_LocalResources,
When I go to the login page I cannot see the greek translation.
The strange thing is when I go to the lanquage editor I cannot see these files(!).

I did not have this problem with 4.5.5
Does this have to do with the new Authentication scheme(I am not using authentication services)

regards to all

D

in each version, some of the files are changed and language files needs to be updated. you either need to install a current language pack or complete existing one by yourself using the language editor in host menu.

You'll find that the resource files that were in admin/security (authentication settings, register and signin) have been replaced with the new resource file in admin/authentication.

There do seem to be some missing resource strings though.  I can't find plUserName.text & .help, plPassword.text & help, cmdLogin - not sure if there are any more.

Some of the strings have been moved to Local Resourcs/Admin/AuthenticationService and to Glocalresources/Sharedresources
