Alejandro,

I found file where "show all" and "show no replies" are located - it is Threads.vb in dir   "...Forum_04.04.03_Source\Resources\Components\UI".

What can I do??!!

Deyana,

I'm glad you've found it! It was, indeed 'hard-coded'. The procedure now is to fix the message to whatever text you wish to display, then recompile (with Visual Studio) the solution and deploy the DLL files to their correct directory on your installation (make a backup of those files first).

Good luck!

Best regards,

Alejandro.

Hallo again Alejandro,

I can't recompile because can't open DotNetNuke.Forum.sln file and DotNetNuke.Forum.vbproj file. May be need Visual Sudio 2008? I have only Express versions of 2005 and 2008 and full version of  VS .Net 2003. That's why I can't  resolve this issue I think ...

If you can give me some other advise, I will be so thankfull.

Thanks,

Deyana

Deyana,

I have already posted this issue at the Public Issue Tracker (Gemini). Hopefully, the next version of the Forum Module will include this fix.

Please note that you don't need to wait for a DNN major release, but to the next release of the Forum Module. Follow up the Forum Module's Forum for news on coming releases.

Saludos!

Alejandro.

Hello Deyana,

I have just tried to open both the SLN and VBPRJ files you mention and, like it happened to you, I couldn't open them (I am using Visual Studio 2005 Professional Edition). I suggest that you post this problem at the Forum Module's Forum, pasting a link to this thread and ask there for advice or a suggested workaround. I will be checking your post there because I am also interested in finding out what is going on here.

Please do so, go there and post the problem I have quoted above (from your post).

Thank you very much!

Saludos,

Alejandro.
