Hi,

I have installed DNN, and I'm using french and english languages.

Translation is fine, except the "you are here" section (that stay in english all the time). I don't know how I have to do to put a translation for that.

Can anyone help me ?

Thaks, Josh

Hi Joshua,

The text you are looking for is usually related to the skin. Please look into the folder ~\Portals\_Default\Skins\ and search for the Skin you have currently applied to your site.

Then, inside the skin files having an .html and/or .ascx extension, look for the text 'BREADCRUMB'. This token is used by the skin to display the portal tree structure (pages) the user is navigating. It is highly likely that the text "You are here" will be there, preceeding the BreadCrumb element.

I would suggest that you simply erase that text (not the BreadCrumb token! ;-)

Good luck!

Saludos,
Alejandro

Im having the same issue, but the breadcrum is not preceeded by the text "You Are Here"?

Any other suggestions?

Why don't you just add these words to the skin before the breadcrumbs control?

Hello Energia,

Did you check your skin files for both .HTM and .ASCX extensions?

Another explanation would be, though highly unlikely, that the text "You Are Here" is inserted through an image, and thus you should remove the image link or edit that image file.

Saludos,

Alejandro.
